About Me

I'm Claudia. For years I've been accompanying people who once felt what you might be feeling right now: that something isn't fitting, that it weighs more than it should. I believe asking for help isn't giving up. It's the bravest and most important part of the process.

I work 100% online, in Spanish and English, with a warm, non-judgmental approach. My philosophy is simple: to feel safe within the unknown. I don't know yet what brings you here, but I do know how we'll walk through it: together.

How I Work

No rigid protocols. Think of it as boundaries therapy online: a path we build together, based on what you need.

  1. First conversation

We get to know each other, you tell me what you can, and I listen.

  2. Understanding together

We work out together what's going on and decide where you want to go.

  3. The process

Regular online sessions, with tools that adapt to your real life.

  4. At your own pace

You set the pace, we check in on progress and adjust whenever it's needed.

Online sessions

We work over video call. All you need is a stable connection and a quiet corner to talk freely. Distance doesn't get in the way of closeness.

Frequently asked questions

How does an online session work?

We meet by video call, wherever you feel most at ease. All you need is an internet connection and a bit of privacy. Closeness isn't a matter of distance.

How long does the therapy process take?

Every process has its own pace: some people notice changes within a few sessions, others need more time to work through things in depth. We'll check in on this together as we go, without dragging the process out longer than it needs to be.

Do you work with couples online?

Yes. Online couples therapy works really well: you can join from the same room or from different locations, whatever works for you.

Do you work with patients outside Spain?

Yes. I work with patients in Spain and abroad, as long as our schedules can align. Sessions are available in Spanish or English, whichever feels more comfortable for you.

What if I've tried therapy before and it didn't work?

It's more common than you'd think, and it doesn't mean therapy isn't for you. Every process and every therapeutic relationship is different. It's worth trying again, in a different way.

How much does a session cost?

Individual therapy costs €60 and couples therapy costs €90. I'll walk you through the details in our first conversation, along with whatever frequency makes sense for you, no obligation to continue.

How long does a session last?

Individual sessions last one hour, and couples therapy sessions last an hour and a half.
